Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail. We try to ensure that all orders in stock are dispatched within 7 days but this is not always possible. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you regarding delivery times. The standard cost of postage and packaging in the UK is £3.50 per order regardless of the number of items. If you require delivery to European or International countries then we will contact you with delivery costs before processing your order as postage will vary dependant on destination. Returns

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange any item please do so by returning the item within 28 days. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Please enclose the original receipt for the item. When sending a return make sure that it is sent registered post as the items remain your responsibility until we receive them. If you return your purchase you are responsible for the postal costs incurred. Millie Moon Limited can not be held responsible for any items damaged or lost in the post. Returns are not available on CUT FABRIC OR RIBBONS

Cancelling Your Order

The UK's consumer protection, distance selling, regulation allow you to cancel within 7 working days. If you wish to do so then please email us at info@milliemoonshop.co.uk with your order number and your instructions to cancel. Or you can cancel in writing: Send your cancellation, including your order number to 20 Paul street, Frome, Somerset BA11 1DT. If you have already received your order items from Millie Moon limited then please follow the guidelines under returns.
